Gustavo Maldonado Gil has worked on projects utilizing data analytics and business strategy for profitable and efficient investments in commercial, real estate and logistic projects. COMMERCIAL Logistics

Gustavo has worked on the development of global forecast technology for fleet supply and businesses’ demand, aiding company decisions in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, and Costa Rica. He has managed the development of Predictive Algorithms, Machine Learning Optimizations, and AI models.

Key results provided:

  1. Creation of a tech system to identify hot demand areas and develop an accurate 95% prediction forecast of demand, enhancing business profits and reducing investment risks across company in all 9 countries of operation.
  2. Implementation of asystem to strategically invest CRM communications to users in locations and times where there will be more efficient, reducing inefficient marketing spending to less than 10%.

COMMERCIAL real estate & BUSSINESS LOCATION STRATEGY

Gustavo collaborated with GAC to conduct a comprehensive analysis aimed at identifying the ideal location for their new Car Dealer site in Quito, Ecuador. The analysis focused on assessing the potential customer reach to strategically position the brand and enhance sales.

Key results provided:

  1. The selected site is situated within the top 15% of the most frequented streets per square meter in Quito.
  2. Presently, the site boasts a potential daily reach of over 27,000 vehicles, promising significant visibility and increased sales opportunities for the brand.

COMMERCIAL real estate & Marketing

Gustavo carried out an in-situ study using big data programs and artificial intelligence to identify key data and strategic points. He proposed a strategic plan for location, segmentation and generation of new advertising rates using the data previously collected. As a result, a compilation document was generated with the studies carried out that will also serve as a manual for the implementation and subsequent negotiation of advertising spaces with local and international companies.

Key results provided:

  1. Nineteen spaces were assed and 180 advertizing spaces were added that were not being considered.
  2. Due to this plan, the club increased +380% yearly the income budget thanks to advertizing plan backed up with data.
  3. The club reduce their negotiation times 80% and optimized the profitable use of their space.
